Tasting Note
Silky, medium-to-full-bodied Pinot Noir: black cherry and cassis, forest floor, iron/mineral streak, leather and cigar-box spice, firm tannins and a long, autumnal, slightly leathery finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, ~90% destemmed; open stainless-steel vat fermentation (~18–20 days) with pigeage/pumping-over; pneumatic pressing, natural malo, aged 18–22 months in French oak (up to 100% new for Chambertin/Clos de Bèze).
