Tasting Note
Concentrated garnet with aromas of dried flowers, cherry, plum, leather, tobacco and spice. Full-bodied, powerful yet elegant with polished, energetic tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral, savory finish.

Western: braised beef, osso buco, roasted lamb, aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese roast pork (char siu), spicy Sichuan beef, Korean BBQ short ribs, rich mushroom-based Japanese dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; fermentation in stainless steel with ~30 days maceration; multiple rackings; matured 26–30 months in large Slavonian oak casks (botti), followed by bottle rest.
