Tasting Note
Concentrated black and blue fruit (blackberry, kirsch, cassis) with dark chocolate, toasted spice, floral lift and meaty undertones. Powerful, polished palate with ripe tannins, fresh acidity and a long, mocha-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, vineyard selection; small-batch fermentation with triage and gentle basket pressing. Aged ~24 months in new oak (primarily French) before bottling.
