Dense boysenberry, blackberry and black cherry with violets, star anise, licorice, tar and savory/meaty notes. Concentrated, mineral core with powdery ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, layered finish.

Fermented with ~75% whole clusters, co‑fermented with small Viognier addition; matured ~21 months in 50% new French oak barriques and 600L demi‑muids. Small‑lot artisanal winemaking.
