Tasting Note
Dense blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with violet, cedar, tobacco, licorice and sweet spice. Silky, tightly grained tannins, bright freshness and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed and sorted, small‑lot fermentations with skin contact; complete malolactic in oak; aged ~18 months in new French (barrique) oak, then blended before bottling.
