Perfumed red-fruit core of cherry, cranberry and kirsch with rose, forest floor, porcini and black tea notes. Silky, fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory, spiced finish.

Western: roast lamb, duck breast, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon. Asian: Peking duck, miso‑glazed black cod, soy‑glazed pork, shiitake soba or umami-rich hot pot.


Production Method

Small-lot Pinot Noir vinified and barrel-aged in French oak, matured in underground cellars for approximately 10 years before release to develop tertiary complexity.
