Tasting Note
Intense ruby colour; complex bouquet of dark berries, Mediterranean herbs, cocoa and coffee. Full-bodied, rich fruit, firm ripe tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Blend of native Sardinian grapes, extended maceration, aged 18–24 months in new French oak barriques then 12–14 months in bottle.
