Tasting Note
Concentrated ruby with black cherry, plum, cassis, violet and Mediterranean herbs; notes of cocoa, tobacco and licorice. Full-bodied, dense fruit, firm but polished tannins and a long, spice-tinged mineral finish.

Western: grilled lamb, braised beef, game, aged Pecorino, charcuterie, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style braised beef, Peking duck, Xinjiang-style lamb skewers, teriyaki beef.
Production Method
Hand-harvest; fermentation in stainless steel with long maceration, remontage and delestage; malolactic in steel; aged 18–24 months in new French oak barriques, then 12+ months in bottle.

Produced by Cantina Argiolas (Serdiana). Family estate founded by Antonio Argiolas; modern project developed with Giacomo Tachis and led by enologist Mariano Murru. Turriga launched 1988 as the estate’s flagship.
