Tasting Note

Concentrated black and red fruit (blackberry, plum), cedar, clove, cocoa and balsamic herbs; fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and long, mineral-tinged finish with subtle menthol and tobacco notes.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled lamb, beef, roasted game, aged Pecorino, mushroom risotto, tomato-based pasta. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Sichuan-style braised beef, teriyaki beef, yakitori (dark-meat) and rich umami dishes.


Production Method

Vineyards vinified grape varieties separately, blended after fermentation; aged ~24 months in oak barriques, bottled with minimal/no filtration.

Argiolas, founded 1938 by Antonio Argiolas, is a leading Sardinian estate. Turriga was developed by Giacomo Tachis; Mariano Murru is current technical director. Dialogo Adagio is a 30th‑anniversary limited magnum edition.
