Tasting Note
Crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay with lime, green apple, white flowers, wet limestone, light apricot and toasted-almond notes. Precise acidity, saline chalky minerality and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; whole-cluster press, indigenous-yeast fermentation in 350L barrels; élevage ~12 months in 350L oak (≈20% new) followed by ~6 months in tank; malolactic fermentation and minimal SO2; sustainable/organic practices.
