Tasting Note

Ripe blackcurrant and blackberry with cedar, tobacco, graphite, and spicy oak. Elegant, concentrated, with fine-grained tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic fermentation, aged ~14–18 months in French oak barrels.
