Tasting Note
Mineral-driven Chardonnay with lemon and citrus pith, white flowers, yellow peach and toasted hazelnut, bright saline finish and light baking-spice notes. Elegant, racy and ageworthy.

Western: roast chicken, lobster with beurre monté, grilled scallops, creamy mushroom pasta. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, steamed fish with ginger and scallion, sushi (fatty tuna).
Production Method
Hand-harvested; organic/minimal-treatment viticulture; native-yeast fermentation; barrel fermentation with ~20–25% new oak; ~12 months in oak followed by tank élevage; minimal intervention.
