Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry and raspberry with violet florals, baking spice, forest-floor and chalky minerality; fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and an elegant, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; partial destemming; native-yeast fermentation; aged ~18–20 months in small French oak barrels (c.20–30% new); minimal intervention, bottled with little or no fining/filtration.
