Powerful, full-bodied Napa Cabernet: blackcurrant, black cherry and dark plum with violet, spearmint and baking spice. Secondary notes of cocoa, tobacco and graphite, framed by pronounced 'Rutherford dust' tannins and a long, structured finish.

Food Pairing

Western: dry‑aged ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Chinese red‑braised beef, Cantonese roast duck, Japanese wagyu.

Production Method

Fermented in stainless steel, concrete and portions of new French oak; extended skin contact, malolactic fermentation. Aged ~24 months in French oak (≈95% new) before bottling.
