Tasting Note
Inky, concentrated cabernet: blackberry and cassis core with dark chocolate, espresso, cedar and violet notes. Massive, ripe fruit framed by bold, velvety tannins and a long, mocha-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, prime rib, roasted lamb, aged cheddar, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/grilled short ribs), beef rendang, spicy Szechuan beef.

Production Method
Hand-sorted fruit; destemmed; 30–35 day maceration; ~56% barrel-fermented; malolactic in barrel; aged ~22 months in 100% new French and Russian oak; bottled exclusively in magnums.
