Tasting Note
Crisp, precise Chardonnay with citrus, green apple, white peach, white flowers, chalky minerality and subtle hazelnut/toasty notes. Taut, saline finish with focused tension and long saline persistence.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; slow, gentle pressing; fermentation and élevage partly in 228L barrels and Stockinger foudres and partly in vats; 12–18 months aging with limited new oak and minimal bâtonnage; light fining, little/no filtration.
