Tasting Note

Deep garnet. Plush, full-bodied dark fruit of blackberry, black cherry and cassis with cocoa, espresso, Provençal herbs and crushed rock. Fine-grained tannins, lively freshness and a long, mint-lifted finish.


Food Pairing

Grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, aged cheddar; Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), char siu, Sichuan-style beef, rich hot-pot or Peking duck.


Production Method

100% Cabernet Sauvignon; fermented and aged in French oak (500L puncheons and barrels); matured ~24 months in 100% French oak (≈80% new).
