Tasting Note

Concentrated black cassis, blackberry and boysenberry with graphite, tobacco, dark chocolate, espresso and a touch of mint; dense, silky and layered, with supple tannins and a long, elegant finish.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled tomahawk or ribeye, braised short ribs, roasted lamb, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Cantonese char siu, Peking duck, miso-glazed beef.


Production Method

Small-lot fermentation by vineyard block; aged ~17–20 months in French oak (≈84% new), then blended and bottled as the estate Private Reserve.
