Dense blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with cocoa, graphite, cedar and baking spice. Full-bodied, layered palate with ripe, building tannins and a long, savory finish (ageable).

Food Pairing

Western: grilled ribeye, filet mignon, roast lamb, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Cantonese char siu, Peking duck, beef rendang — rich savory dishes that match the wine's intensity.

Production Method

Small-lot fermentation from selected Napa reserve vineyards; matured ~20 months in 83% new French oak with careful blending before bottling.
