Tasting Note

Fresh citrus, white peach and honeysuckle with toasted hazelnut, subtle butter and stony minerality; silky texture, vibrant acidity and a long, focused finish.


Food Pairing

Western: lobster, scallops, roasted chicken, mushroom risotto, creamy poultry dishes, aged goat or Comté. Asian: miso-glazed cod, seared salmon, prawn tempura, creamy coconut curry, sushi (fatty fish).


Production Method

Hand-harvested Chardonnay from Les Tillets; fermented and aged on the lees in oak barrels (approx. 10% new) for ~12–18 months with minimal intervention and light filtration.

Domaine Bernard-Bonin (run by Nicolas Bernard and Véronique Bonin since 1998) farms Les Tillets — a high-altitude, ~0.8–0.9 ha parcel above Les Bouchères on shallow, stony marl soils; organic/biodynamic practices.
