Tasting Note
Rich, saline Ansonica with orange blossom, dried citrus, ripe pear, honeyed nectarine, fine spice and sea-spray minerality; oily texture and a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vine Ansonica; short skin maceration (5–6 hrs), indigenous-yeast fermentation; aged 7–8 months on fine lees in seasoned barriques and stainless steel; minimal filtration.

Sourced from the Pietrabona single vineyard on Isola del Giglio; 80–100 year-old bush vines planted in granitic, sandy soils. Small-production single-vineyard bottling by Bibi Graetz.
