Aromatic red with raspberry, wild strawberry, blueberry, violet and lavender; sea‑shell/mineral and black pepper notes. Bright acidity, silky, fine‑grained tannins and a long, refined, ethereal finish.

Production Method
Field blend co‑fermented with indigenous yeasts in 3,000L open‑top oak vats; matured 14–16 months in large oak foudre (1,200–1,500L). Organic viticulture and minimal intervention.
