Tasting Note
Medium–full-bodied Cabernet with blackberry, black cherry and kirsch, floral lift (lilac/rose), savory sagebrush and thyme, graphite, tobacco and black-olive notes; crushed-stone minerality, very fine firm tannins and a layered mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Roasted or grilled ribeye, roasted game (venison), aged cheeses (Comté, Gouda); braised short ribs, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Peking duck, teriyaki beef.

Production Method
