Tasting Note
Concentrated black and blue fruits (blackberry, cassis, black cherry) with graphite, forest-floor, espresso and baking-spice notes; full-bodied, firm ripe tannins, layered texture and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Single-vineyard, hand-harvested Cabernet; small-lot fermentation, matured roughly 22–28 months in new French oak barrels and typically bottled unfiltered.
