Tasting Note
Lemony and chalk-driven blanc de blancs: white flowers, brioche and pastry, ripe pear, smoky/reductive notes, saline minerality and phenolic grip. Medium–full-bodied with bright acidity and a long, chalky, saline finish.

Production Method
100% Chardonnay from a single Grand Cru parcel; fermented and aged in mainly used oak barrels, bottled for secondary (traditional) fermentation and aged ~8 years on the lees; low dosage (~5 g/L).
