Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and black cherry with rose/lavender florals, tobacco, cedar, graphite and saline mineral on a medium–full, silky palate with fine powdery tannins and a long finish.

Roast lamb, ribeye, beef stews, duck confit (Western); Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), braised short ribs (Asian).
Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, aged ~18 months in French oak (majority new barrels). Traditional Bordeaux vinification.
