Tasting Note
Deep, brooding Shiraz with blackberries, plum, salted licorice, anise and clove notes. Velvety texture, rich dark fruit and spice, long plush finish with fine oak integration.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, mushroom ragù. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Chinese red-cooked beef, spicy Sichuan beef, Malaysian beef rendang, char siu.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, small-batch fermentation from dry‑grown vines; matured in French oak hogsheads (some new), minimal intervention winemaking.

Made by Chris Ringland from his Stone Chimney Creek (Randall’s Hill) vineyard. Dry‑grown, 1.4ha site purchased in 1994; Randall’s Hill is a parallel, small-production label to his Barossa Ranges wines.
