Tasting Note
Ripe blackcurrant and blackberry with cedar, sous-bois/forest-floor, spice and tobacco. Plush, velvety texture, refined tannins and a lush, medium-long finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Bordeaux blend; fermented in temperature-controlled vats with remontage/pigeage; malolactic conversion and élevage in French oak barrels for roughly 12–18 months (some proportion of new oak).
