Tasting Note
Deep black-fruited Pauillac with blackberry, cassis, cedar, tobacco, pencil lead and lavender. Medium-full, layered fruit framed by graphite-edged, velvety tannins and bright acidity; long saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye, beef stew, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, beef rendang, soy-glazed short ribs.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic fermentation, aged 12–18 months in French oak (approximately 25–30% new).
