Tasting Note
Floral and violet-driven with blue fruits (plum, sour cherry), precise minerality, fine chalky tannins, bright acidity and subtle cedar/oak. Elegant, concentrated and long with a refined, mineral finish.

Production Method
50% cold maceration with 50% whole-cluster; fermentation in 225L French oak barrels and 500L roll-fermentors on wild yeasts; 10–15 days maceration; aged 20 months in French oak (1–2 year-old barrels).
