Tasting Note
Concentrated dark berry and blackberry confit with violet florals, crushed stone minerality and sweet spice. Silky, ripe tannins, vivid acidity and a long, savory finish with metallic-mineral accents.

Production Method
Hand-harvested high-altitude fruit; open-top fermentation in 225L barrels and 500L oak fermenters with wild yeasts, ~15 day maceration; aged in French oak (barrels and foudres) for ~18–24 months.
