Tasting Note
Saturated dark violet with cassis, blueberries, violets, dark chocolate, truffle and earthy soil tones. Concentrated black/blue fruit, mocha spice and minerality; silky yet firm tannins with a long, palate‑staining finish.

20% whole‑cluster, 80% whole‑berry loaded into 225–500L new French oak for 100% barrel fermentation (28–30 days) with wild yeasts; malolactic in barrel and 18 months aging in new French oak.
