Tasting Note
Cherry, red-plum and wild strawberry with rose, orange peel, cedar, leather and subtle earth. Elegant and powerful, vibrant acidity, silky yet gripping tannins and a very long, spicy finish.

Roast beef, braised lamb, game (venison), aged cheeses, mushroom risotto and truffle dishes; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, miso-glazed fish or eggplant, umami mushroom stir-fries.
Production Method
100% Nebbiolo; native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel, 20–25 day maceration, malolactic in 300L French oak, then ~2 years in large oak casks (with some tonneau). Organic/biodynamic farming.
