Tasting Note
Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, tar and cedar; bright acidity, firm fine-grained tannins, mineral backbone and a long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: braised beef, roasted lamb, osso buco, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, mushroom hot pot, miso-glazed beef.

Production Method
100% Nebbiolo; fermented in stainless steel with extended maceration, malolactic fermentation; aged ~36 months including ~18 months in large oak casks and barriques, followed by bottle ageing.

Vineyard Info
Family-owned Ceretto, founded in the 1930s; owns key Barolo crus (Bricco Rocche, Brunate, Prapò). Converted to organic practices (from 2015); known for modern winery architecture and art collaborations.
