Tasting Note
Aromas of rose, lavender, red cherry and blood orange. Medium–full-bodied with sandy mineral notes, fine firm tannins, tar, tobacco and a focused, balsamic finish.

Production Method
Single-vineyard Nebbiolo from organically tended vines. Fermented and matured approximately 24 months in tonneaux and large oak casks, followed by bottle ageing.
