Tasting Note
Perfumed red: cherry, raspberry, blood orange, rose petal, minerals and baking spice. Silky yet firm tannins, bright acidity, concentrated core and a long, mouthwatering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, braised short rib, lamb, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef rendang, Sichuan-style braised beef, soy-glazed pork belly.

Production Method
Made from organically farmed Nebbiolo; controlled-temperature fermentation with maceration in stainless steel, followed by ~30–36 months ageing in oak (large casks and barrels).
