Tasting Note
Aromas of rose, wild cherry, cranberry, licorice and tar. Silky mid-to-full body with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, saline minerality and a long, spice-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel with 10–15 days maceration; malolactic in oak; ~30 months aging in 300L barrels and large botti (≈50hl) with ~10% new French oak; bottled and rested. Organic viticulture.
