Tasting Note
Dark cherry, plum and dried rose with tar, black truffle and balsamic herb notes. Powerful, full-bodied, with tight chewy tannins, lifted acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Western: roast or braised red meats, osso buco, truffle risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi/brisket), soy-braised short ribs, miso-glazed mushrooms with steamed rice.

Production Method
100% Nebbiolo; fermented with indigenous yeasts and extended maceration, then matured in a mix of mid-size barrels (tonneaux/barriques) and large oak casks following Ceretto's modern-traditional approach.

Ceretto is a historic family estate in the Langhe. Prapò is a prestigious Serralunga d'Alba cru; Ceretto practices organic viticulture and reduced new-oak use under Alessandro Ceretto.
