Tasting Note
Concentrated Nebbiolo: cherry, raspberry and blood orange with violet and rose, layered with licorice, truffle, tobacco, graphite and menthol. High acidity, firm yet silky tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; temperature-controlled stainless fermentation with extended maceration (12–25 days); aged ~24–36 months in large oak casks and some smaller Allier/French oak barrels; organic viticulture.
Vineyard Info
Family-owned Ceretto (founded 1930s), pioneer of cru selections in the Langhe. Prapò is a 2.3–2.4 ha Serralunga d'Alba cru on silt-clay/calcareous soils with older vines; Ceretto practices certified organic farming.
