Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and raspberry with wild rose, truffle and licorice notes. Silky texture, pithy yet refined tannins, saline minerality and a long, layered finish.

Food Pairing
Western: braised beef, roast lamb, truffle pasta, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu or hoisin-glazed short ribs, Korean bulgogi, rich mushroom-based noodle dishes.

Production Method
Controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel with extended maceration; malolactic fermentation followed by ~24–30 months aging in oak barrels (slavonian/French).

Produced by the Ceretto family (Alba); vinified at the Bricco Rocche cellar in Castiglione Falletto (the modern 'Cube' facility) from the Rocche di Castiglione cru. Long-standing family estate focused on top Barolo crus.
