Tasting Note
Concentrated red and dark cherry, plum and blackberry fruit with rose-petal and orange-zest lift, exotic spice, cigar-box and vanilla. Full-bodied, layered, with powdery, silky tannins and a long, resonant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast or grilled beef, lamb, duck à l'orange, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), miso-glazed dishes, spicy Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Selected fruit from centenarian vines; whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts, gravity vinification, 18-month élevage in oak (≈50% new), minimal sulfur and no filtration; organic/biodynamic practices.

Château de la Tour (Labet family) is the largest single owner inside the Clos de Vougeot (≈5.5 ha). Historic estate, vinifies and bottles within the walls; managed by François & Édouard Labet; organic certified.
