Concentrated black and red berries, black cherry, plum and cassis with violets, tobacco, raw cocoa and loam; powdery, muscular tannins, lively acidity and a long mineral-spiced finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; partial whole‑cluster/whole‑bunch use, traditional fermentation in open/wooden vats; 12–18 months élevage in French oak (portion new barrels).
