Tasting Note
Ripe red and black cherry, plum, forest floor and underbrush, with clove, leather and mineral spice. Medium-full, layered fruit balanced by refined tannins and a long savory, slightly tobacco-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested 100% Pinot Noir; traditional Burgundian vinification with partial whole-cluster fermentations and maceration; matured ~12–18 months in French oak (portion new barrels). Traditional estate élevage and bottling.

Château de la Tour (Labet family) is the largest single proprietor within the walled Clos de Vougeot (≈6 ha). Estate dates from the late 19th century and has been run by the Labet family; estate/production improvements and organic practices have been noted.
