Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry and raspberry with violet florals, truffle and cedar. Medium-full, saline acidity, silky yet firm tannins and a long, savory finish with iron/mineral notes.

Western: roast beef, leg of lamb, venison, mushroom risotto, aged Comté or Camembert. Asian: Peking or roast duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, soy-glazed short ribs, miso mushroom hot pot.
Production Method
Traditional Burgundian vinification; Château de la Tour typically vinifies unstemmed, uses some whole clusters, ferments in vats and ages in French oak for 12–18 months. Certified organic from 2021.
