Tasting Note

Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of baked apple, dried apricot, hazelnut and brioche; palate shows lemon curd, toasted bread, light yeastiness and saline minerality with vibrant acidity and a long elegant finish.

Oysters, lobster, smoked salmon, shellfish; soft cheeses (Brie), roasted chicken; sushi, sashimi, tempura, lightly spiced Cantonese or Thai seafood dishes.


Production Method

Vintage cuvée fermented then bottle‑fermented by the traditional méthode champenoise; aged on lees for several years; Brut dosage (approx. 6–12 g/L).
