Tasting Note
Deep red fruit (plum, cherry) with forest-floor, earth, smoke and spice; finely grained tannins, opulent mid-palate and a persistent, savory finish. Ageworthy and elegant.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed fruit; fermented with a high proportion of whole clusters in oak truncated-cone vats (no pumps), indigenous yeasts, aged 15–18 months in 228L French oak (minor new oak). Bottled unfined/unfiltered in many releases.
