Tasting Note
Perfumed red-berry and peony aromas with plum, kirsch, orange rind and earthy minerality. Medium–full-bodied, velvety texture, fine-grained tannins, spicy clove/pepper notes and a long chalky finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, biodynamically farmed; partial whole-cluster fermentation, indigenous yeasts, no pumps; élevage ~15–18 months in oak (mostly used barrels, limited new oak).
