Mature, complex nose of truffle, tobacco, cedar, coffee, raspberry and orange peel. Rich, jammy dark fruit with spice and marzipan notes, silky texture, pronounced but integrated tannins and a long, peppery, truffle-tinged finish.

Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, filet mignon, venison, foie gras, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, braised short ribs (Korean galbi), miso-glazed dishes, rich Cantonese roasted meats.

Production Method

Traditional Saint-Émilion vinification: hand-harvested, plot-by-plot fermentation, extended maceration, malolactic fermentation, aged ~16–18 months in new French oak barriques.
