Tasting Note

Evolved, silky red showing red and black fruit, cedar, tobacco, leather and Asian spice. Bright acidity, melted tannins, polished texture and a very long, elegant finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; traditional Bordeaux fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; matured c.18–24 months in French oak barrels (portion new).
