Tasting Note
Pale yellow with green highlights. Aromas of white peach, citrus, honeysuckle and soft bread; palate is full-bodied, round, with ripe stone-fruit, saline minerality and a long, chalky finish.

Western: oysters, shellfish, grilled/poached white fish, roasted chicken, creamy risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, shellfish tempura, Vietnamese grilled seafood, light Thai dishes with lemongrass or citrus.
